We are seeking an energetic, proactive and motivated candidate to join our team as a Float Legal Administrative Assistant and utilise their skills in legal administration, office services and customer service. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work across multiple practice groups with an experienced and supportive group of Legal Administrative Assistants and the Office Services Team in our Adelaide office. In This Role You Will Provide administration support through various tasks such as filing, word processing, time entry, billing and undertaking rounds Demonstrate exceptional customer service through completion of administrative duties with a high attention to detail alongside Legal Administrative Assistants and Office Services Support existing talented and dedicated legal teams in a fast paced and rewarding environment Requirements To be successful for this position, you will ideally have: The ability to work at least 4 days per week 2 or more years' experience in a law firm administration role Excellent communication skills Demonstratable customer service experience and problem-solving skills Be a team player Strong organisation and time management skills Strong initiative and willingness to learn To be eligible to apply for this role you must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
