Eden Ritchie is seeking an Instructional Designer who will be part of the Partnerships and Engagement Team that provides Administration support across Biosecurity Queensland. 10 month contract Brisbane CBD location As the Instructional Designer, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to determine specific design needs. Develop contemporary and engaging online courses using e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 Storyline and Articulate 360 Rise. Develop content collaboratively in consultation with subject matter experts to achieve learning objectives. Able to integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into an appropriate mix of delivery media and methods. Apply best practice instructional design to deliver optimal learning experiences for the end user. Project management skills and ability to deliver outcomes within the defined timeframes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and project environment, and to work autonomously as needed. Strongly developed writing, proofreading, editing, and formatting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
