In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand design needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to create modern, innovative e-learning solutions using tools like Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to identify and address specific design needs. Develop engaging courses using cutting-edge e-learning tools that captivate and inspire learners. Integrate adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to ensure effective, multimedia-rich learning experiences. Apply best practices in instructional design to maximise learner engagement and outcomes. Manage projects efficiently, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. Work both collaboratively and independently , leveraging teamwork and autonomy where needed. Write, proofread, edit, and format with precision, ensuring all content is polished and professional. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in creating online courses using tools like Articulate 360 is highly desirable. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
