CALL CENTRE / CUSTOMER SERVICE Consultant We are a busy Technology Company based in Victoria seeking an enthusiastic person with an outgoing personality to become part of our Customer Service Team. This position will be full time. Experience in IT software would be an advantage, however not essential as training will be provided. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication, Customer Service skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi-task. Your main focus will be Customer bookings and Customer Service enquiries, as well and liaising with the Despatch team.
