We are looking for Administrators Our client plays a crucial role in supporting the health and aged care sectors, specialising in managing essential documentation and reporting for the Australian Government. OLR are currently seeking proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrators to join our Client's team during the peak reporting periods. In this role, you'll manage, and process documentation related to government financial requirements. You'll need to be organised and precise to ensure reports are processed on time and correctly. This position is perfect for those with administrative experience who are looking for a structured part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Processing: Handle and process various forms and reports, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and deadlines. Data Entry & Management: Accurately input data into online systems and maintain up-to-date records. Client Assistance: Provide support to aged care providers by answering queries and guiding them through the reporting process. Quality Assurance: Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness before final submission. Reporting: Generate and review financial and compliance reports as needed. What we are looking for in a Qualifications & Skills; To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for: Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within the health or aged care sectors, is highly desirable.
