The Opportunity Are you a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets? eMerge ITS is seeking a Sales Executive to fuel their ambitious growth targets. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your passion for IT services and relationship-building skills to drive new business and contribute to eMerge’s ambitious growth targets The Role You will be responsible for generating new business and closing key deals for eMerge ITS. This involves actively identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and presenting tailored solutions that leverage eMerge’s comprehensive suite of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients across various industries and regions. Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, exceeding sales targets and contributing significantly to eMerge ITS's revenue growth. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities within the IT sector. Requirements Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and lead generation technologies. Experience working with MSPs is a big plus. The ability to commute to the office in Darwin.
