Forklift Labourer JK is partnering with a concrete sleeper manufacturer based in Bomen. They are a world leader in their industry and the largest concrete sleeper manufacturer in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity work with a growing business where opportunities are varied. You will be provided with on-the-job training and continuous learning and development opportunities. The Role This role will be a blended role working both in the production area and in the yard on the forklift. Within the production side of the role, this will involve preparation and assembly of moulds, using hand and power tools, some manual labour and involvement in the quality assurance and control processes. The forklift work would be based in the yard external to the production environment, moving the concrete sleepers throughout the site. Role Requirements The successful candidate will have: Experience in a manufacturing environment Basic computer, numeracy, and literacy skills Forklift license Be physically fit Able to pass a full medical inclusive of a drug screen Please Note: All applicants will be required to participate in a drug and alcohol test to be successful in this role.
