Customer service - provide product advice and answer general queries via phone and email Send quotes to customers - the design and manufacturing team will help you with these Update the internal database with any notes and correspondence Liaise with the external sales reps and assist with administrative tasks What are we looking for? Previous experience in customer service, administrative or even internal sales would be ideal - all other training provided A can-do attitude is key to your success, what we are looking for here is the right attitude and willingness to learn a new industry Why wait?
