About the role We are seeking a full time Café Supervisor. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cruise Café. They lead a team of Hospitality Attendants, overseeing their management and providing leadership, with a primary focus on creating a welcoming, responsive, and positive customer service environment. The Café Supervisor also works alongside other members of the Guest Experience and Hospitality team to help deliver excellent hospitality services, ensuring that we stay true to our core promise of “Sharing Special Places and Shaping Lasting Memories” with each customer interaction.
