Loadshift is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in our harbourside Sydney CBD office. As part of Freelancer, Loadshift is a technology company that uses innovative software to connect freight owners with transport operators in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by closing deals with new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. We are particularly focused on selling into mining, construction, and industrial sectors. This position requires a strategic approach to sales, a deep understanding of the freight industry and these key sectors, and the ability to communicate the value of our technology solutions effectively. About the role: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with potential clients Collaborate with the account development team to nurture qualified leads Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or logistics sector Excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong presentation and public speaking abilities In-depth understanding of sales processes and CRM systems Ability to analyse market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly Goal-oriented with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Benefits: A meritocratic culture with the ability to take ownership and fast track your career growth.
