Annual Fire Safety Statement Administrator I am looking for a Candidate who has previous AFSS processing experience for a Fire Protection Company in the Mascot area. There will be some adhoc Admin duties, however, the primary responsibility will be to ensure that all AFSS & related Documentation for some of Sydney's largest Buildings (Public & Commercial) is compiled & submitted to Council for approval prior to expiry. Service Coordinator & Administration This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant OR Service Coordinator/Scheduler to join this Team. You must have excellent Customer Service, Communication & organisational skills. This position will require you to liaise with Clients, Management & Technicians to ensure that all jobs are booked/tracked & completed proficiently. There is also a requirement for updating New & Existing contracts & issuing Invoices for all completed works and also ensuring Compliance Records are up to date. If you have experience in effectively communicating with Clients & allocating Technicians with their required schedules within the Facilities Management, HVAC, Electrical or Fire industry I would like to hear from you - ASAP.
