About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide a full range of high-level executive administrative support to the Operational Deputy Solicitors who lead, coordinate, and manage operations and resources for the effective delivery of prosecution services in New South Wales. Key Accountabilities: • Assist with drafting reports/submissions, advice, standard operating procedures, and policies as required • Provide administrative assistance in policy and project work. • Provide a range of secretarial and administrative services, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and meeting papers, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Initiate and prepare correspondence and undertake other administrative duties to assist with the effective provision of services. • Maintain registers of operational processes/measures. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective channels of communication. • Provide related assistance to other members of the Solicitors Executive as required. About you • Proven experience in providing high-level executive administrative support. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills • Confidence and ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • High-level integrity, ethics, judgement, and an ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software with demonstrated capability to learn new computer applications quickly • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interviews The interview process will include capability-based assessments which may require your time and presence on more than one day.
