Your Role Shalom College school is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Assistant . This is a term-time contract position (13hpw) for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant. The Administration Assistant provides support to the Dean of Inclusive Curriculum and other college staff in a variety of ways. Outstanding interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and effective organisational and technological capabilities are pre-requisites of the successful applicant. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.
