What we offer: Co-ordinate/ Prepare the administration of all STR movements, STR enquires, STR requests, STR Prep jobs, STR invoicing, STR credits, STR supplier invoices, STR contacts and commission claims and transportation of STR fleet. Maintain adequate electronic files and filing of all paperwork as per requirements. Management of forklift stock listing and allocating resources accordingly. Participate in the regular production and branch admin meetings Execute and co-ordinate fleet addition requests with profitability reports as required. Liaise with Accounts Department to set up new accounts, payments and assisting with invoice queries. Process and code all AP invoices Assist with stock take where required Provide assistance/support to the other Coordinators, Commercial Manager and Branch Management team as required Process Plant and Stock internal transfers and allocate stock for service and sales support in the de hire process Manage Demo Fleet, Sales Loans and movements, returns and allocations Manage transport for STRs and other trucks as required, assist with other transport as required. Any other adhoc duties as required. Tasks and Qualifications: Business Administration Certificate / Diploma or Accounting Certificate / Diploma preferred High Level of Computer skills (Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Previous experience with Sales teams and production teams advantageous Problem solving and lateral thinking skills desirable Strong Organisational skills High level of written and verbal communication skills
