The Position The Administrator for the City Planning & Development provides administrative support and coordination for planning and building related matters to the City Development Cluster and specialist support to the City Planning & Development Team’s. We ensure Albury is a great place to live, work and invest. Qualifications & experience Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent relevant experience. Class C (standard) Driver's Licence Demonstrated understanding of Development Assessments, Town Planning, Building Surveying or related field. Demonstrated experience in a customer service and administrative role. Tasks & responsibilities Provide administrative support to the City Planning and Development Team’s and Team Leader’s. Provide advice, information and direction on matters relating to City Planning & Development to customers and the community. Attend to telephone, email and online enquiries in relation to City Planning & Development. Manage and coordinate HPE Content Manager correspondence and information for the City Planning & Development Team’s. Coordinate the preparation of Development Consents and associated documentation. Hours Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
