Experienced Office Administrator/Personal Assistant to primarily support the executive team on all general Real Estate Operations and day to day head office administration. This full-time position will see you join our supportive and vibrant team based in our Bella Vista Head Office. - Includes team benefits, such as free access to an EAP and other wellbeing resources, discounted online shopping, gift cards and more - Career progression guaranteed - Training, coaching and mentoring provided The Role • Manage the general day to day requirements of the office (such as attending to all email and phone enquiries, boardroom set up, mail, banking, deliveries and general housekeeping) • Sales administration, which can include daily data entry and preparing contracts for signature. • Assist the Managing Director at an executive support level with personal tasks • Assist with a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to the preparation of procedural documents About You • High level of verbal and written communication skills • Well-presented individual with an energetic and proactive approach to work • Ability to work within a team environment and take direction from multiple people • Organised, efficient and effective with all areas of your administrative work • Previous operational real estate experience is not essential but will be highly regarded Qualifications • Valid Driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
