Collaborating in a supportive close-knit team, this full-time, permanent opportunity reports directly to the Depot Manager. The role involves: Conducting regular driver assessments to ensure competency (all aspects of driver activity, including human factor issues and driver/vehicle presentation) for employees and potential candidates. Conducting regular paperwork training with drivers Be a leader and mentor for the drivers through formal and informal staff appraisals and coaching Induction Training in workplace procedures and safe work practices, including defensive driving principles. Ensure drivers are inducted. Regular Competency-Based Assessments ensuring ongoing compliance and professional driving standards.
