Position: Sales Support Coordinator Employment Type – 5 days on a fixed 6 month term contract (potential to extend to 12 months) Novis is a healthcare specialist providing a range of clinical healthcare products designed for hospitals, aged care facilities, rehabilitation providers and the home care community. About the Role: We require an individual who enjoys working with people and who gets a buzz of making a difference to the lives of people. Located in Browns Plains, this is a full-time maternity leave cover position for 6 months with possibility for extension. Flexibility with hours can be considered. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing and product availability. • Maintain a well-stocked and inviting showroom with the latest equipment and marketing materials. • Ensure the availability of hire equipment. • Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs, offering expert advice on product features and limitations. • Arrange demo and trial equipment for Occupational Therapists and our dealer network. • Liaise with customers, family members, carers, and Occupational Therapists to schedule deliveries and installations. • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. • Create sales quotes for private, NDIS, and Plan Managed hire equipment. • Support sales staff with quotes, orders, and invoicing. • List, track and monitor hire items using Trello. • Oversee the cleaning of equipment to ensure compliance with NSQHS standards. • Facilitate internal ITR items for the sales team. • Create daily, weekly, and monthly run sheets for delivery technicians using internal tools.
