About the Role In this newly created role that’s come about due to growth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of electricity accounts for all for 759 stores plus the distribution centers and support offices. As the Electricity Accounts Administrator, you will report to the Property ESG and Compliance Manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the business. In this hybrid position, you can WFH three days and collaborate in SRG’s state of the art office in Strathpine that comes with free onsite parking. In starting this new role, you will be able to identify process improvements as well as create basic Excel reports to demonstrate your worth. This will be presented to leadership and there is a good chance you will be made permanent. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Monitor and administer Landlord electricity invoices. On average you will receive 20 per day and from reviewing the invoices you will create an Excel sheet containing lists of who the landlords are, their rates, if we’ve paid on time and share the report with your leader. Reporting: Develop, prepare, and present reports relating to issue management. Data Management: Liaise with electricity suppliers and landlords to obtain required information. Issue Resolution: Support your leader in investigating account discrepancies and charges. Process Management: Manage the non-stock procurement electricity invoices email account, classify, and track issues, and identify areas for process improvement. Financial Compliance: Ensure all expenditure is aligned with the SRG Group Procurement Policy and that spend is in line with lease agreements and/or supply contracts. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Criteria Strong administrative and organizational skills. Experience in a similar administrative role where you have reconciled accounts, using invoices and other sources of data. Proficiency in Excel to an intermediate level. Impeccable attention to detail and an ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks. Effective written and verbal communication and an ability to create a partnership with landlords and internal stakeholders. Basic reporting skills with proficiency in Excel to an intermediate level.
