About the role – Fixed Term Part-Time 0.4FTE (30.4 Hours Per Fortnight) until 2026 The Fundraising Administration Assistant will be responsible for effective and efficient use and maintenance of Salesforce database for Fundraising purposes including processing of donations and reporting. The role will have shared stewardship responsibilities with a focus on first time donors and Gifts in Kind. Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Enter donations into donor database (Salesforce), generate receipts and act as point of contact for Finance team in monthly reconciliation process Process Regular Donor payments (monthly, quarterly) Support to Fundraising campaigns and events as required Data entry of prospects for fundraising About you: You are an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in fundraising. Your strong administrative skills support the smooth execution of fundraising activities and community events. Your ability to manage donor relations and coordinate with volunteers ensures successful outcomes. You will also have the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent Proven admin experience with an aptitude for learning new software and systems Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate proficiently with Managers and Senior Managers across the organisation Sound project management skills Specific Requirements: Baptist Care SA is committed to the safety and protection of all children and vulnerable people and as such applicants will be considered in accordance with our safety practices and suitability.
