This is a full-time position. Position purpose This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing opportunities and plans. It involves achieving results the various sales and marketing functions, such as student recruitment, admission, brand awareness, communications and account management, in an efficient and effective manner. This role aims at coordinating, inspire and motivate junior employees, and optimise our company’s market share and team productivity. Position responsibilities Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating, advertising and promotion programs, and accordingly developing field sales action plans. Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews through activities that include: preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change. Ensure all marketing and communication responsibilities (print, media, social and website) are satisfactorily carried out within the budget and in a timely manner. Generate reports in an accurate, correct and timely manner and provide recommendations for strategic and operational plans and directives. Contribute to the development and improvement of RGIT policies and procedures, in accordance with the compliance requirements (i.e. RTO Standards 2015, ESOS Act, etc). Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Identify market opportunities and advise on development, coordination and implementation strategies for pricing and promoting of the courses. Drive recruitment, admission and support for International students. Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets. Secure students from both existing and prospective agents and partners through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrate RGIT products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting courses and programs best suited to their needs. Coordinate the production of marketing materials and campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copy writing, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints. Make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. To be considered for this position, applicants need to have the following: Bachelor-level qualification in the field relating to Marketing is preferred. Knowledge of the International Student market is preferred. Advanced level capability to use Microsoft Excel and Word. Organisation and prioritisation skills. The basic level capability of utilising the computer, therefore, are able to learn and understand how to use new software/programs. Effective communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly persona during encounters with stakeholders. Effective and efficient time management. Accountability for personal work performance. Attention to detail. Able to work autonomously and in a team environment. Effective and efficient problem-solving.
