In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support to our Sales Specialists, allowing them to focus on business growth and key client relationships. Your calm demeanour and strong organisational skills will be essential in managing customer liaison, charter quoting, marketing support, and general office functions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Liaison: Manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and initial charter enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Charter Quoting: Ensure consistent and accurate quoting across the state for charter services. Booking Processing: Handle bookings in line with customer needs and expectations. Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote business successes and drive growth. Event Coordination: Oversee the coordination of onsite events and functions as required. General Administration: Provide general administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists, including monthly and ad-hoc reporting. Stakeholders: You will actively manage and develop relationships with various stakeholders, including passengers, charter customers, event coordinators, local and regional government officials, employee organisations, school representatives, and tour companies. Internally, you will work closely with General Managers, the Sales Manager – Southern Region, Operational Managers, the Planning & Scheduling Team, Operations Controllers, drivers, and office teams. Background & Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, or general administration, combined with exceptional organisational and time management skills and a keen eye for detail. They should be effective in a team setting, demonstrating strong integrity and a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential, as is being self-motivated with a positive, adaptable approach to changing work conditions.
