We are looking for our next Sales Representative/Meat Specialist to source new business and support existing customers encompassing the Brisbane (Metropolitan) area. You'll have a passion for sales and the products you are selling. Ideally you will have a background in the Food Service Industry. You may be a Chef looking for an opportunity to showcase your sales skills or you may be a Butcher with a passion to do more than work in retail and has great rapport with customers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team and build key customer relationships will be the key to your success in this role. Sourcing new business opportunities aligned to business strategies Successfully supporting your territory of customers Actioning business calendar activities and journey plans Retaining and continuing to build great relationships with internal/external stakeholders Delivering product expansion and helping to drive profitability through sales and customer growth You will need: A valid driver license and good driving record Full Australian working rights with no restrictions Relatable sales experience in the food services industry Discipline and motivation to work autonomously with support of the wider Sales Team Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards our customers Confidence in having a natural selling conversation The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and be self-motivated A good understanding of working with achievable goals and metrics
