The Responsibilities This is a true all-rounder position, so if you possess a 'can do' attitude and are flexible to undertake a variety of tasks then this is the position for you Working as part of an established team, you will play a role in maintaining a well run office and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of systems and processes. Duties include but are not limited to; Reception duties Monitoring and tracking, journeys, contractor hours and tolls Travel coordination Update registers and certifications for client sites Co-ordination of office consumables and purchases Coordinate memberships and licence expirations Update marketing materials and staff profiles Social media and website updates and monitoring Support with invoicing and purchase order maintenance Mail and petty cash The Benefits You will enjoy working in this busy professional environment based in central Brisbane CBD location, just a short walk from Central Station.
