Due to growth, we are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our great place to work Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales orders. Assist with the preparation of sales quotes, proposals and presentations. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team. Assist with the organisation of sales events and trade shows. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience in administration, sales support or a similar role. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a MUST Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of sales processes and techniques (desireable).
