A key part of our Operations and Sales team, you will make our sales process hum, ensuring an optimal customer experience is delivered. The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to ensure our sales processes are humming and that our customers are experiencing superior service and timely outcomes. What will you be doing? Coordinating all sales support functions that are essential to national sales force productivity. Ensuring the efficient delivery of machinery and equipment sales with internal and external stakeholders from quotation preparation through to final payment. Capturing and analysing accurate sales opportunity information, including machine and project requirements. Finalising technical offers with the sales team and the customers. Effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders including overseas suppliers. Showcasing the breadth of your administrative and analytical skill set including planning, reporting and process optimisation. Here's what you'll need to succeed: Experience in a Sales Support or related role. You have been in a role that has sat at the intersection of sales, operations and customers to ensure sales are finalised and delivered in full, on time and in line with everybody's expectations. Analytical experience. You can collate and interpret data to identify trends and recommend opportunities to the business. Proficiency in MS Office, in particular, MS Excel. Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
