Our Home Care Team provides services to our older community, 65 to assist them in continuing to live in their own homes with dignity and care. Reporting to the Service Scheduling Coordinator, the Customer Service/ Scheduling Officer is a vital member of our workforce team, responsible for creating efficient and effective Support Worker schedules/rosters to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and have the ability to balance employee availability, business demands, and compliance requirements. The role demands adaptability, quick decision-making, and excellent communication to handle real-time adjustments and unforeseen challenges. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude, who is able to manage a high-volume workflow, multitask between phones, emails and scheduling. Skills And Experiences To be successful you will have: Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a rostering or scheduling role and/or a minimum of Certificate III in Administration fields, or qualification at Diploma level in Human Services or Business will be highly regarded Demonstrated customer service experience (preferably telephone-based) Understanding and knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award will be highly regarded Experience working with rostering/ scheduling software (Lumary / Skedulo will be highly regarded) Optimal time management and organisational skills Ability to respond to multiple departments' priorities.
