Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to support the VIC State Sales Manager with in-field execution to achieve state sales and profit targets and ensure the efficient operation of the State Sales department. The successful candidate will share responsibility for leading the state sales team and driving revenue growth by providing support through in-field coaching. Responsibilities: Execute sales and marketing strategies through consultants to grow market share and brand awareness. Coach and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed sales and profit targets. Develop and implement sales plans to deliver objectives. Partner with the State Manager to set individual objectives and evaluate performance. Utilise sales data and CRM systems to track sales progress, gather market intelligence, and identify areas for growth and improvement Provide in-field coaching support to Sales and Project Consultants with customer relationship development and sales process. Manage and report on team performance, ensuring accountability to sales objectives collaborating with senior management to build and execute state-based action plans to achieve state KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Experience / Qualifications: Proven experience in sales operations or sales team management Proven experience of increasing sales team efficiency, effectiveness and results Strong leadership and coaching abilities with capability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM systems and sales databases Strong numeracy skills and financial literacy Business qualification preferred As part of the recruitment process, you may be requested to undertake background checks such as criminal history and reference checks.
