In-house Flu Vaccines Free Parking On-Site About The Role: The Customer Service Coordinator & Front Office will be the “face” of The Global Beauty Group with a genuine desire to live our Mission Statement to “Make People Feel Wonderful” and a willingness to go above and beyond to support our clients and team members. You will ensure that the day-to-day office operations run efficiently and that all guests are warmly greeted and have a positive experience. In addition, you will provide coaching and support to our offshore Customer Service Team (CST), our clients' first point of contact, ensuring all client queries are answered and directed promptly and accurately across all facets of the business. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Customer Service Team ensuring a great customer experience. Daily monitoring of active tasks/incoming emails to assist the CST in prioritising workload and communicating any delays to the relevant department/clients. Manage our front desk reception during office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm). Manage our phone switchboard attending to all incoming calls promptly. Responsible for office equipment maintenance, stationery, and kitchen supplies Handle escalations and customer complaints as they arise in consultation with the relevant stakeholders. Review and develop internal processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Provide regular feedback and coaching to the CST to improve performance and client experience. About You Administration experience. Customer service experience (essential). Front Desk experience Client-Centric Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Experience coordinating a small team (advantageous).
