The result? Top-shelf Industrial Space. About the role We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in Rhodes NSW. With at least 3 years’ contracts administration experience in construction, you’ll have a preference for smaller-scale projects where you can work with a variety of clients, delivering value and a great experience, the Akura way. Key Responsibilities Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packages Prepare tender documentation for procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis and recommendations Prepare comparison sheet for materials and subcontractor procurement Procure approved subcontracts and materials Manage and maintain project budget records Assessing subcontractor claims and variations Be aware of project budget status and advise Project Manager of any issues Ensure timely deliveries from suppliers and alert Site Manager and Project Manager on impacts of changes on project timing About you To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 3 years’ Contracts Administration experience within the construction industry Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Exceptional attention to detail and a quality focus, always seeking to deliver your best work Excellent time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects at any one time with ease Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capability An interest in industrial construction, in particular, Akura’s innovative approach to delivering industrial space You’ll also be: A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude A natural relationship-builder, able to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels Someone who takes a safety-first approach in everything you do Someone who identifies and embraces opportunities for improvement What we offer you An exciting career opportunity in a market-leading business experiencing rapid growth Opportunity to grow your career – we invest in our people A supportive and collaborative team environment Competitive salary Inclusion in the Akura Bonus Scheme, paid quarterly Interested?
