The Role: Pop Up Health is looking for a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic customer service extraordinaire to join their team. This full-time role will join our Operations team to oversee the rostering of our student nurses, answer incoming phone calls and perform operations administrative tasks. This role will aid the operations team and business to provide quick responses to employee queries, provide support to our student nurses, problem solve, provide administrative support and ensure seamless customer service to our team. This is a fast paced role, so if you have excellent time management, the ability to multitask, use critical thinking skills and want to join a business that focuses on employee wellbeing, this may be the role for you This role is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm Roster and schedule our student nurses to the appropriate visits. Answer phone calls from incoming employees regarding questions & queries they have with their scheduled runs. Reschedule and organise student visits depending on operational needs. Respond to internal and external departments queries regarding operational queries. Ensure timely and accurate data entry. Scanning, filing and preparing reports as required. Multitask between calls, emails, and rostering daily duties. Problem solve any daily tasks that are required with speed and accuracy. To be successful in this role you will: Have previous experience working in a customer service/high volume role (highly desirable but not essential). Previous experience working in a call centre environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal. Have strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up errors. A proactive attitude and have strong initiative. Have a professional, positive and can-do attitude. Have intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
