Office / Warehouse Allrounder Kimberley Marketing is the leading food wholesale distributor to the Kununurra/Kimberley region, our office is located in Kununurra, WA. Kimberley Marketing are seeking an Office / Warehouse Allrounder to join our small team. The areas of responsibility will include Customer Service, Accounts, Purchasing, Stock Control, Warehousing and ad-hoc duties as required including and not limited to cleaning, deliveries, post and banking if required. This is a hands on multi-faceted role that covers various functions within the business, no experience is required and full training will be provided for the right person with a passion to learn. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service Invoicing Stock counts Purchasing Loading trucks for delivery Receipting payments / bank reconciliation Accounts Payable – processing invoices to payment run AP Statement Reconciliations Prepare and send statements, credit notes and adjustments Rebate Claim processing Credit card reconciliation Following up on overdue AR accounts – keeping to terms Banking / Post The ideal candidate will have: The ability to be hands on and switch between departments Good communication skills Basic accounts understanding Intermediate Microsoft Office skills High initiative and self-motivation High attention to detail and accuracy Enjoy being part of a small team Minimum C class licence required Full training will be provided and the opportunity for the company to support gaining licences (LR/MR) and further qualifications is available.
