AffinityMSP requires a fulltime Network Engineer to join their team on permanent fulltime basis to achieve their long-term goals. Job Description: Provide technical support to customers including remedial maintenance support on Infrastructure, LAN and WAN Networks. Implementation of Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Networks and Virtual environments Assisting in planning and managing rollouts Providing on-site and remote support to customers Managing tickets, job priorities and process incoming calls, ensuring SLA's are met Maintain a sound knowledge of AffinityMSP’ own infrastructure environment and make technical adjustments and recommendations as requested. Reporting on trends in the market and within the customer base, staff progress and new initiatives Skills and Experience: Computing-related Diploma or equivalent. Additional IT certifications would be advantageous such as Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP and/or Linux-related Administration/Engineering. At least 3 years relevant experience Experience with remote support tools – TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Manager etc Good understanding of TCP/IP, network connectivity and networking equipment for both LAN and WAN topologies, including routers, managed switches, VLANs, VoIP. Knowledge of Internet-related technologies, including DNS, Registrars, SSL, Web Hosting.
