About the role This role is responsible for overseeing strategic asset planning for major transport, bridge, and stormwater networks. Duties Oversee and update strategic infrastructure plans for transport, stormwater, bridges, and structures Advise on the implementation of key programs, policies, standards, and systems. Lead the Strategic Team, conducting regular check-ins to address project progress and challenges. Evaluate and review funding strategies, asset management programs, and lifecycle budgets, including grant funding Skills & experience Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or related field Extensive experience in civil engineering asset planning Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering results Experience in investigation, plan development, estimating, and design of transport infrastructure works Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
