We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is an admin professional and up for a challenge: About the role: • Working at the front desk, answering all phone calls and enquiries. • Greeting and welcoming all clients and visitors. • Kitchen maintenance (including all Woolworths, coffee and fruit ordering as well as emptying dishwashers). • Office maintenance and stock ordering (acting as office manager, looking after all tenant and employee requests). • Cage and storage management. • Handling all mail tasks. • Magazine room management. • Organisation of couriers. • Organising charity deliveries. • Looking after the enquiries inbox. • Organising internal events/meetings. About you: • Friendly, personable and outgoing. • Organisation skills and the ability to multi-task. • Proficiency with Outlook and other Microsoft programs will be considered an asset. • Detail orientated. • Aligns with our values of Growth, Accountability, Humility and Generosity.
