ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking NDIS Disability Support Workers to join our team in Tennant Creek, NT. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered support to our NDIS participants in home, residential, or recreational settings. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing support plans that help participants achieve their goals and enhance their independence. Successful candidates will assist individuals with disabilities in building their independence and capacity while encouraging their involvement in community activities and outings. Qualifications in Disability, Community Service, or Mental Health are highly desirable, and availability during the day Monday to Friday, is required.
