KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Positively interacting with existing and prospective customers. Input export bookings into the container transport system, update excel spreadsheets and create customer folders. Liaise with clients regarding existing and future shipments In conjunction with the Log Export Packing Manager, liaise with customers regarding incoming stock (logs). Completing the administration around the following: Update inbound stock (weighbridge dockets). Update and file packing information (weights, descriptions, photos etc.) Complete VGM declarations, file, and upload into the Wave TMS system. Revise over the shipment once fully packed to ensure all administrative documentation is complete and ready for PRA lodgement and transport. Communicate via email, mobile, and face to face with clients, Log Export Manager, and transport allocators. Organise the delivery of empty containers for exporting logs with operations allocators SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
