About the role We are looking for several motivated, innovative, and creative casual female support workers who are passionate about making a genuine difference in our clients' lives. They should be patient and relationship-focused, and willing to support clients to facilitate their linkage to their local community. Shifts fall across 7 days per week between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The ideal candidate would be required to be available for at least five of those days and times. There are also opportunities to provide support in our Community Access program at our Wyong Hub. Experience in manual handling, behaviour plan management, and personal care is desirable but not essential as all relevant training will be provided through our People, Learning and Culture Program.
