The full time position is based in our head office in Kelvin Grove reporting directly to the Team Leader. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEO and Team Leader, you will be someone who thrives on coordinating and allocating client services, rises to the challenge of backfilling unplanned leave and is committed to building and forging lasting relationships with key stakeholders. As a Scheduling Administrator you will be solution-focused and be part of a business that is growing rapidly. As a Scheduling Administrator, you will be someone who: Is a confident multi-tasker, able to prioritise work Has a strong geographical knowledge Enjoys problem-solving and ensuring client services are delivered Is fluent with technology and; Readily builds relationships with others.
