The purpose of this role is to support the external Sales Reps and service our clients however necessary to maintain existing client relationships and grow accounts where possible. You will be accountable for the following processes: Customer Service • Answering incoming phone calls & directing as required • Processing quotes and orders in line with SLA • Handling client issues and liaising with BDM’s to ensure a prompt resolution • Liaising with BDM’s & operations team regarding urgent delivery requirements • Administration duties to assist BDM’s wherever possible • Logistics co-ordination for remote warehouses and direct ship orders • Assist the BDM’s and the Marketing team by maintaining an accurate CRM system. Install Coordination • Maintain accurate project records and documentation. • Assist in project risk documentation • Facilitate communication between client, Subcontractors, Sitemax Ops and BDM • Coordinate project meetings, including agenda prep and minute-taking. • Purchasing / sourcing prices from subcontractors • Logistics co-ordination for materials required for installation • Scheduling subcontractors and labour inline with project timeline Internal Sales Support • Phoning existing clients to follow up quotations and proposals • Assisting Business Development Managers with booking appointments • Monitoring BDM’s emails whilst they are out of the office and responding as required • Making outbound calls to existing clients whose spend has decreased KPI’s: • Email response times and volume • Phone call answer times and volume Sitemax Values: We work with some of Australia’s leading construction and development companies to deliver superior scaffold containment and construction site signage projects. About You (experience, skills, knowledge, attitude): • 5 years full time work experience • 2 years in fast-paced administration or customer service roles • Motivated and driven to continuously improve. • A problem solver with professional, positive attitude • Maintaining a high level of communication with employees and customers • Excellent time management & organisation skills • Demonstrated time and project management skills. • Competent in the Microsoft suite (especially outlook, excel, word). • Competent and diligent in the use of use of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar). • Readiness to aid in different departments, performing any tasks as directed by management that is required for the success of the company.
