Receiving Goods: Manage the receiving of inbound goods, verifying accuracy and quality from suppliers. Stock Management: Oversee stock movements, maintain accurate inventory control, and ensure organised stock levels. Product Packaging: Securely and appropriately package products for safe shipment to customers. Additional Responsibilities: Customer Order Processing: Handle customer inquiries and orders, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Communication: Liaise with management, office staff, and customers to maintain smooth warehouse operations. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse, promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and relocating stock within the warehouse. Stocktaking: Assist in regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory counts.
