We're seeking a talented Custom Design Specialist to join our dynamic production team and help bring our clients' dream designs to life. The Custom Design Specialist will provide the link between our clients, showroom teams, and production team, ensuring that every custom jewellery piece is crafted to perfection. If you're passionate about creating jewellery and thrive in a client-centric environment where attention to detail and client satisfaction are paramount, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities include: Be the go-to expert for custom design requests from clients and the sales team, ensuring every piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship. Liaise directly with clients, guiding them through the design process and making sure their vision is perfectly realised. Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of custom pieces. Provide exceptional client experiences, leveraging your client relationship skills to ensure a seamless custom design process. Ensure that all custom designs adhere to the highest quality standards and align with company guidelines. Support the production team with various tasks and contribute to the overall success of our operations. What you'll bring to the role: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, ideally in jewellery or luxury goods. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience with tools like Front, Trello, or other sales/project management software. Basic knowledge of design principles and ability to understand and communicate design concepts effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly.
