Job Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise site teams including subcontractors and trades to achieve project goals and maintain a high standard of work. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or changes and ensuring their expectations are met. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets the company’s quality standards and industry regulations. Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, budget status, and any issues or risks to senior management. Required Experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
