The RoleAs the Sales Manager, you will lead the Sydney location, overseeing daily operations, managing a talented team, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your role is key in ensuring smooth site operations and financial performance. We are seeking a proven leader with a strong background in sales and operations management and prefrebly industry knowledge in Power Transmissions. You should excel in leadership, possess strong sales and customer service skills, and have the ability to manage budgets and analyse financial data. Proficiency with office software and CRM systems is essential. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets. Manage and support staff, providing coaching and development opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
