With over 20 years of excellence in fitouts, refurbishment, and construction, they are committed to delivering a top-notch professional service to our clients. We are now looking for someone to come onboard to launch a fresh new brand to market which you’ll be solely responsible for. This new brand would encompass both a furniture design & manufacturing business alongside a fit-out business combining in-house interior design, space planning and project management teams. The projects are varied, meticulously planned and executed. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy through securing new projects and fostering strong client relationships. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of sectors, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for innovation. Position Description: Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Hands-on leadership of the tender estimating process ensuring accurate and quality proposals are submitted Work closely with internal teams including project managers and estimators to ensure seamless project transitions and client satisfaction Identify risks and opportunities within the tendering process, ensuring the impact on the tender price is documented and quantified Qualifications and Skills: Have minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction, fit outs, or related industry. Strong understanding of the market, with a track record of successfully securing and managing projects Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy. Extensive experience in design and construct. Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the fit-out and refurb construction space. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Effective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation kills with an ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
