Job Title: Administrative Associate Start date: 04/Nov/2024 Contract Length: 12 Months possible extention Pay rate: $38 per hour plus super Location : Tamworth Work Days and Hours : Monday -Friday, start time 7.54-4pm Job Description: The Administration Associate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry, managing timesheets, creating purchase orders, and reconciling accounts for submission to the accounts payable team. The role involves ordering stationery and inputting data into systems that track HSE metrics, such as waste management. The ideal candidate will coordinate documents and input data related to assigned administrative duties for teams, departments, or organizational leaders. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support by preparing statistical reports and handling routine to complex information requests. Gather, compile, verify, and accurately enter information into reports, presentations, forms, databases, or spreadsheets. Respond to or redirect inquiries from internal or external sources regarding the organization, its activities, or processes, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Prepare documentation for payments to vendors, suppliers, and other third parties; manage payment requests in the accounting system and address inquiries from accounts payable and payees. Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.Participate in departmental business improvement projects and assignments as required. Perform additional routine to complex administrative tasks according to established organizational procedures and act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education certification. Strong data entry skills. Experience in customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
