The Warehouse Administrator - Export is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all warehouse activities, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining records of goods. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator with robust export experience to join our team. What you will be doing… Coordinating with internal teams to gather required documents and information for export shipments. Overseeing coordination, including scheduling and tracking of shipments. Being involved in all aspects of export operations, including the preparation and review of documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordination with customs authorities and freight forwarders. Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and external stakeholders, including customers and logistics providers. Providing timely updates to various stakeholders. Verifying and inspecting incoming shipments. Preparing shipping documents and arrange transportation for outgoing orders. Inputting data into inventory management systems. Maintaining accurate records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse. Collaborating with other departments such as container park, customer experience, and purchasing to fulfil orders and resolve any potential discrepancies. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehouse and export operations. Actively leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Do you have… Previous experience working in a Warehouse Administrator role or equivalent experience, ideally within the Transport/ Container industry. Demonstrated export experience. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Clear verbal communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) approved or willing to obtain. A valid forklift licence. Additional information… We will provide all relevant onsite training.
