Description SENIOR LEGAL PROJECT MANAGER Sydney, Melbourne or Perth (3 days per week in the office) Salary range starting at $180,000 a year (plus superannuation) Role Overview Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our Legal Project Management ('LPM') team. The Legal Project Management team consists of 20 colleagues, split across London, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Australia and Dubai. This role is an exciting opportunity to continue development of the team's presence locally alongside an LPM Analyst, for which the successful candidate will take line management responsibility. Daily responsibilities include: Communicating the LPM proposition at appropriate forums Building an effective network and pipeline of matters Working with legal teams to identify and implement new solutions Strategic delivery of multiple projects/legal matters Defining and validating scope of projects Time and budget management Creating project plans, schedules and action trackers RAID management and providing options for mitigation or resolution Applying lean principles and business process mapping to create efficiencies Stakeholder management including kick off meetings and steering meetings Supporting bids and tender programmes We are happy to consider flexible working requests.
