What began as a single store has grown into one of Australia’s leading school uniform suppliers, boasting over 34 on-campus school shops, four major retail outlets, and a manufacturing facility in Dandenong, Victoria. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales administrative functions and providing essential support to our clients network of satellite stores. Your Role As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role within our Head Office Sales and Administrative team, ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes. You will offer crucial support to our stores, manage e-commerce transactions, and uphold professional relationships with our valued clients. Reporting into the Sales Manager your role will involve: - Answering incoming customer enquiries via phone and email - Building and maintaining customer relationships - Investigate and resolve customer complaints - Manage and update e-commerce transactions and website images - Develop and implemented pricelists and marketing mail outs - Assisting customers with quotes and pricing inquiries - Entering and maintaining sales orders - Keep up to date knowledge on company's products, services and policies - General administration support Your Profile You possess a natural sense of urgency and a genuine passion for customer service. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to go above and beyond in supporting customers with whatever they need. Enthusiastic, friendly and professional, you have a strong work ethic and an articulate telephone manner, allowing you to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver successful outcomes You will have great attention to detail and accurate data entry. You will have proficient computer skills in programs including, Word and Excel. Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, mail merge and Apparel21 will be looked upon favourably but not essential as full training is provided. The ideal candidate will have experience working both independently and as part of a team and have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You will have a high school certificate and solid previous experience in a similar customer service role. Work hours are: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm. Friday's 8.30am - 3.00pm. Sound like you?
