About the Role Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing our customer service and weighbridge teams, ensuring that customer's receive excellent customer service, and the teams are supported. Please note, this role is based at Epping but requires weekly travel to our sites in Hallam and Montrose. The responsibilities of the role are varied; however, the main responsibilities are: Identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer service area Reporting on data analytics and customer feedback to gain insights into customer behaviour and improve service Monitoring and reporting on customer service metrics Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently Aligning customer service operations with our customer service strategy Providing day-to-day support to team members Providing performance feedback and conduct annual reviews About you The following skills and qualifications are required for this role: Proven experience in leading and motivating a customer service team in a fast-paced environment A strong understanding of customer service operations and best practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills An adaptable and agile approach to work Current Australian Driver's License Unlimited working rights in Australia Why Repurpose It?
